Order
You can track your order by following the steps below:
- Go to ‘My Account’.
- Click on ‘My Orders’. You will find all your orders on this page.
- You can click on each order and check by using the Order number.
- Click on ‘Track Order’, and you can locate where your order is.
Placing an order at instukart is super easy. You just have to follow these simple steps:
- Select the items you want to shop for.
- Enter the PIN code to check the estimated delivery time.
- Click on the circle option in the right corner to place a bulk order or directly go to the ‘Buy Now’ or “Add to Cart” option.
- Enter your basic details, confirm the email address and phone number via OTP, and submit your shipping address.
- Enter your payment information, and your order will be placed.

Shipment usually takes 2-9 days to arrive at your delivery address after it has been shipped based on your PIN code. However, if there is a delivery delay, it can be due to one or more of the following factors:
- Natural disasters, such as floods and earthquakes.
- Political unrest, federal and state holidays, etc.
Don’t worry. We are there to help you! We will contact you to check your availability and accordingly reschedule your order’s delivery.
Note : Orders can only be re-attempted to be delivered three times before being sent back to our warehouse. We regularly request our clients to receive their orders within the allotted time frame to avoid cancellation.
In accordance with our company policy, packages cannot be delivered with an open box. Should you encounter any problem with the product once you receive it, please contact us within 24 hours.
After successfully placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email, WhatsApp, and SMS with the expected shipment time.
We focus on getting the orders delivered as fast as possible but as of now, we do not provide expedited delivery. However, we will notify you when such services are rolled out in the future.
The ‘Out for Delivery’ status indicates that your package is on the way and will be delivered soon. It means that the package is now in the hands of a delivery person. The courier will attempt to deliver the package on the same day, though delivery may be delayed due to weather or other unforeseen conditions.

Once you’ve placed an order, you won’t be able to add any more goods. However, you can place a new order for the selected items.
Sorry, currently, we don’t have the feature to change the delivery time for an already placed order.
Yes, bulk orders for an item can easily be placed. You can contact our sales team to place a bulk order or select a bulk quantity from the product page. Contact us by calling 022-31527162 or dropping an email to us at sales@technosavvy.co.in
For a smooth delivery of your orders, we have tied up with a number of trustworthy delivery partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the shipping details via Email/SMS. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose your preferred delivery partner. However, we will notify you when such services are rolled out in the future.
Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel an order using any of the below mentioned methods:
- Go to ‘My Account’.
- Click on ‘My Orders’.
- Against every order, there is an option “Cancel”. Simply click on that button and cancel your order.
A cancellation request won’t be honoured if the order has already been packed (ready to ship) or dispatched. If the delivery representative reaches you in this situation, you can decline to accept the order or raise a cancellation request via the customer care team to cancel.
Order can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once cancelled, complete amount will be refunded.

Yes, instukart.com has the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Information about the customer’s address (street number, landmark, etc.) is incorrect or incomplete.
- If an instukart.com product’s price or specification is incorrect.
- Products not being available—In rare circumstances, the order will be cancelled if a product runs out of stock with the vendor. However, the remaining products will be delivered if the order contains more products.
- If, despite making an order, the customer’s address falls outside our service region or is designated as such by our logistic partner.
- Allegedly false information is submitted.
No, we won’t charge you anything for cancelling the order.
Following cancellation, the customer will get a full refund through the payment method they used when completing their transaction.
- Netbanking/Wallets and Credit/Debit Cards – 3-5 Business Days
- If you paid by NEFT and cheque, send the information below to customersupport@instukart.com from your registered email address. Account number, Account Holder’s name, and IFSC Code are all required. Your refund will be handled in 3-5 business days after we receive your information, and it will appear in your account in the next 2 business days.
- After cancellation, the refund for EMI payments will be credited within 6 to 8 business days.

Our customer care team is ready to assist you, so don’t panic. Our staff will confirm your order once we have reviewed the payment confirmation. Therefore, if the transaction was successful, we advise you to send the transaction screenshot to customersupport@instukart.com

All transactions involving credit cards, debit cards, and online banking are carried out over encrypted secure connections. Therefore, shopping online with us is completely safe. instukart uses secure, reliable payment gateways run by reputable banks to process all credit and debit card payments. Banks now employ the 3D secure password service for online transactions, adding an extra degree of security through identity verification.
If a payment is unsuccessful, please retry with accurate account information, a valid password for net banking, and a stable Internet connection. If the payment is debited and there is no confirmation message, your money will roll back to your identical source bank account in 3 to 5 business days. If you need more information or clarification, you can always contact our ‘Customer Care’ helpdesk.
Only the amount shown on your order summary page is the amount you need to pay. If the courier delivery person ever tries to charge you more, please refuse to pay them and contact us.

We prioritise detecting and preventing fraud to ensure that all transactions with us are authorised and legitimate. We take several precautions to secure our customers’ information completely.
Online transactions are routinely watched for suspicious behaviour, and some of them may be manually reviewed if we believe the cardholder did not authorise the transaction.
The transaction is put on hold, and we ask the customer to provide ID verification when we cannot rule out fraud to ensure that the transaction is legitimate.
Shopping
Regrettably, products marked as “Out of Stock” or “Temporarily Unavailable” cannot be ordered. You can place Purchase Order on TECHNOSAVVY for the required product.
No, it is not. You can check in as a guest visitor, but for us to deliver the goods to your door, you must provide us with a working email, phone number, and address.
A minimum quantity may be mandatory on a few items in specific orders. It may vary depending on the product you choose.

‘Non-refundable’ refers to a situation where a payment or fee that has been made or collected will not be returned to the payer, even if the product, service, or arrangement for which the payment was made is not used or completed as originally intended. The policy varies from product to product. You can check on the product page whether the product is Refundable.

Shipping
Your order’s packing and delivery are referred to as shipping.
Shipping Time: The number of working days it will take us to ship the product (for example, “ships within 4 days”).
Delivery Time: After the order has been shipped, the product may take an additional few days to reach its destination, depending on the delivery address and the chosen courier service
Usually, a package is delivered in 5 to 7 days. However, depending on the quantity of the order, the shipping address, and the product’s availability, it may take longer or shorter time for specific products.
The time taken to deliver a product depends upon the below-mentioned parameters:
- Stock availability
- Size of the order
- Shipping Address
- Size of the product
- Make-to-Order products
When you choose the COD (Cash on Delivery) option, you can give the delivery boy cash to cover the cost of your product as soon as you receive it. Also, you can make an online payment via UPI, QR code or Debit/ Credit card at delivery time.
For several PIN codes across PAN India, the COD payment option is not yet accessible.
You can always check for our shipping and services using the pin code finder on the website or product detail page.
Every product detail page includes a pincode finder to check our delivery service zones. To verify if your area is serviceable, input your PIN code.
instukart makes every effort to ensure that we deliver the product to every area; however, there are rare cases where this is not possible. Either general regulations or circumstantial unavailability with our courier partners could cause this.

Yes, the courier person will call you before the delivery if he cannot find your location or the shared address.
No, as of now, we do not deliver internationally.
Warranty
All products bought on instukart come with a manufacturer warranty. You can check the manuals provided with the product or the manufacturer’s website for information about the warranty and service centres close to you.
Most service centres accept proof of purchase( i.e. original invoice) as proof to provide warranty service. If you face any trouble, please contact us at customersupport@technosavvy.co.in
We will have to open the box to seal a warranty card, and most consumers don’t accept items if the box has been opened. Hence, as a policy, we don’t seal warranty cards. All manufacturers accept the purchase invoice as proof to provide the warranty. Please keep it safe.
New FAQ
Once the order gets delivered, we will send an email with a copy of the invoice in PDF format. You can also download the invoice from order page under the section ‘My Orders’
Both the invoice and tax invoice are sent in softcopy form to the email address registered in the account information
Yes, you can use different GST numbers and company names while placing the new order.
IK will issue a tax invoice to the customer, including the customer’s GSTIN as provided at the time of the order
The tax invoice will serve as documentary evidence in line with GST provisions, enabling the customer to claim GST input.
Since GST returns are filed on a monthly basis, the customer can claim GST input based on a tax invoice in their GST return (GSTR-3B) for the same month. Generally, the GST return for a month is filed by the 11th (GSTR-1) and 20th (GSTR-3B) of the subsequent month.
